Signet Jewelers Emails

As the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewellery, Signet Jewelers crafts thousands of emails every year to build their brands—and their sales. I'm currently a Copy Lead on the team that builds personalized emails for five of Signet's brands: Jared, KAY, Zales, Peoples, and Banter. My team and I were responsible for onboarding each brand into our agency, creating brand guides and module libraries, elevating email design and copy, and making creative strategy recommendations for clients to decrease marketing spend and increase revenue.
