QuickBooks Onboarding Journey

I was part of the team that developed a series of welcome emails for new subscribers to QuickBooks Self-Employed. The client provided us with the features they wanted to highlight, and we determined which information should be deployed and when the customer would best receive it.

1. Ironed out our Journey Sequence Map

2. Provided the client with look-and-feel concepts for the Welcome email 

3. The client chose the layout they preferred and we created the rest of the emails
